From billion dollar natural resources cases to personal injury and commercial cases, clients have found that Dwayne's unusual combination of common sense, intuition and aggressiveness get results. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, Dwayne has been winning cases for 25 years. He has often been called upon to try cases that other lawyers thought could not be handled because they were too big, too hard, too complex or too dangerous.
Dwayne is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center (J.D.) and Houston Baptist University (B.S.). He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Houston Bar Association and Texas Association of Defense Counsel. Dwayne has been named as a Texas "Super Lawyer" multiple times and has been inducted by his peers into the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also received Martindale Hubble's highest rating for an attorney, "AV".
