Brian H. Crockett joined Newton, Jones & Spaeth in 2010. Immediately after his arrival, Mr. Crockett began handling a wide range of complex litigation matters to include: personal injury, construction litigation, hurricane litigation, insurance coverage, consumer law and various administrative law functions.

Mr. Crockett's success on behalf of our clients is no doubt a direct result of his diverse background as a psychological operation specialist, a commissioned officer and leader of Soldiers in the United States Army. In Mr. Crockett's ten years of service he has had the distinguished opportunity of serving this Nation during peacetime and combat operations overseas. Mr. Crockett's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon. Mr. Crockett is also a graduate of the United States Army Airborne School.

After concluding his active duty service, Mr. Crockett completed his legal education at Southern Illinois University School of Law. After his acceptance in to the Texas Bar Association, this native Texan and his family relocated to the Houston area where they are raising their newborn son.
